The Guild membership year is from August 1st until July 31st. Monthly member meetings are held virtually from September to May.

Monthly member meetings are held virtually from September to May on the second Tuesday of each month.
Membership costs $40, with up to two guest fees deducted if you decide to join after attending as a guest within the current membership year. There is no additional prorating for late-year signups.
Guests may attend up to two monthly meetings per guild year by paying a guest fee, which provides access to that month’s virtual meeting.

How to Join or Renew

New Membership – Fill in the Sign up Form and see payment methods below.

Renewing Members – Payment methods below. To update your email information open a newsletter and choose “update preferences” at the bottom or send a note to membership@kwkg.ca .

Guests – sign up for $5 to join us this month!

Payment Methods – $40

E-Transfer to payments@kwkg.ca (preferred method) – include your name in the comment field

Credit card payment (secure checkout via Square) – the guild is charged a fee for this method – if you live in Canada we prefer an e-transfer!

Mail a cheque (please include your name & email address) and PLEASE send an email to membership@kwkg.ca so we know there is a cheque on the way. Our preferred method of payment is an e-transfer.

If you have been thinking about becoming a member but haven’t yet come on board, why not join a member meeting to check us out! It’s a great way to learn about the K-W Knitters’ Guild.

You can be a guest twice in one guild year (September to May). Membership is reduced by up to two guest monthly memberships when you join, so you have nothing to lose. We just know you’ll want to become a member.

Please send a $5 e-transfer to payments@kwkg.ca or pay by credit card (secure checkout via Square). Send an email to membership@kwkg.ca with your name and we’ll send you the link once payment is confirmed. Payment must be received by the Sunday prior to the meeting.
